Meet Ben, our Founder and Owner.
Ben brings us all together with his eagerness and drive to function as a team. He founded 42 North based on his skill for cabinetry and trim work. He is an effective communicator and is always seeking opportunities for growth. Ben’s passion for the building industry stems from his belief that everyone deserves their dream home. He brings a positive and exciting energy to the home- building experience.
Outside of custom homes, he raises whitetail deer and spends time with his wife and five kids.

Meet Dave, Our Project Manager.
Dave is equipped with industryknowledge and years ofexperience building customhomes. His deep understanding for the process helps him run a project from start to finish. Dave focus’s on quality control by regular site visits and meeting with contractors. He monitors building codes, regulations, and project specifications. He brings a sense of fun and collaboration to every project, turning what could be a stressful process into an experience people love.
When he is not at work, Dave enjoys deer hunting, riding motorcycles, and spending time with his two dogs and family.

Hollie has been with Fifth & River Design from the start. She has creative design ideas paired with industry knowledge that makes her stand above. She works with her whole heart, as the art of interior design came naturally to her. Hollie’s commitment to her craft shines through in every project, where she puts time and energy into creating thoughtful and innovative designs that truly stand out.
Her free time is spent raising her two sweet girls. You can also find her out on the volleyball and pickleball court enjoying some friendly competition.

Ashlynne brings a warm and welcoming energy to the team. Her strong sense of organization is a valued asset to the Fifth & River team. Her thoughtful approach and attention to detail help ensure that both clients and coworkers feel supported throughout every stage of the design-build process.
With a genuine love for collaboration and a talent for keeping things on track. Outside of work, Ashlynne enjoys days at the beach, traveling, and spending time with her husband, and game nights with friends and family.
